Kickfit Classes at Realfit4life/AK Martial Arts and Fitness

What is Kickfit? Kickfit is a heart pumping total body workout. Each workout consists of  weights, agility, cardio,  and strength training circuits.  You will also reduce some of that daily stress by enjoying kicking drills, punching drills, and obstacle courses. All these exercises will help improve endurance, strength, and tone up your body.

Each work out is tailored to each individual’s needs and fitness goals.  Whether you are a beginner or advanced boot camp enthusiast, you will appreciate a friendly and caring personality; and a commitment to you and your fitness goals.
